Joe Buzzello has enjoyed thirty-five years of success in individual and B2B sales, network marketing, high-level sales leadership and entrepreneurial business development. Joe began his sales career in 1979, with Pennsylvania Life. He went on to serve as the youngest sales manager in the company's history setting sales and recruiting records and training over four hundred agents during his tenure. In 1982 Joe became an independent life insurance agent and during that same period he also became a part-time distributor in the network marketing industry. Over the next five years he grew his organization to become one of the largest on the west coast. Joe continued his insurance career and in 1992 accepted a position as regional sales coordinator for Aflac. He was promoted to the prestigious level of State Sales Coordinator in October of 1995 and from a base of $3,200,000 Joe's team built their territory to over $24,000,000 in just eight years. Joe's team eventually developed over $120,000,000 of in-force business for Aflac while establishing 19 regional offices and hiring over 120 sales managers. The organization that Joe built exceeded their sales quotas virtually every year, posting a record streak of nine consecutive years at one juncture. Joe retired from active service with Aflac at the end of 2008 after a rewarding career. During his hiatus in 2009 and 2010 Joe began writing a novel, entitled, Drawing Circles, which will soon be published. Joe returned to the insurance industry after a hiatus taking a position of Vice President of Regional Sales for Transamerica Employee Benefits in the California marketplace. Joe recently stepped completely away from his corporate role so that he may dedicate his time solely to writing, speaking and coaching sales people and sales leaders. He has recently completed a manuscript for his upcoming book designed to assist sales people and sales trainers. Joe also serves on the board of several 501(c3) organizations and is working with NFL legend, Eric Dickerson, for the Eric Dickerson Hall of Fame Invitational golf tournament benefiting the Young Warriors Foundation.
