When in reality leadership is in all of us. Our ability to recognize our leadership qualities and the same qualities in others, is recognized by learning "WHO" we are. The courage to understand and then inspire those around us is what will continue our American culture.
Unifying America through its Small Business

The core of our American culture is built on and through small businesses. They are the catalyst needed to bridge those divides and we will achieve unprecedented success when they take lead. We will explore the common ground, if we seek to succeed in business and as a nation.

This speech can inspire millennials to continue its quest, or enlighten non millennials to have a better understanding of the millennial generation.
