Aram has a B.A.in Instructional Design and Training from New College of California. He also holds the Certified Speaking Professional designation (CSP™), the highest earned award from the National Speakers Association.
He is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Personal Styles Indicator (PSI), and is well practiced in the DiSC Personality Profile, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Indicator, and a range of 360 Feedback tools. He is also a certified instructor of Crucial Conversations, an internationally acclaimed conflict resolution training program.
Aram lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and son, where he performs community service for organizations addressing homelessness, unemployment and mental illness. He enjoys blogging, biking and skiing, and is an active musician playing jazz and funk in several local bands.
