She is an advocate for empowerment and coaches a diverse group of women from many walks of life converging together to learn, support and encourage each other as they work through the many challenges of everyday life. 

Beverly was a Program Analyst for the Department of Defense for 24 years achieving several medals and awards for exemplary service.  Since her retirement in 2011, she has become a energetic community advocate working to build confidence and enhance self esteem in women, children and young adults through her many programs.  She not only believes in the proverbial village it takes to raise a child...she lives it!  

As an active member of Toastmasters International she is a leader, having served as president of her toastmasters club for two consecutive years. Speech Crafters, her public speaking program for children and young adults is a newly developed program that teaches speech writing, presentation and communication skills.  This program provides a voice for children and young adults and enables them to speak in any environment with confidence.  

As an best selling author, she has written twenty-three children books, public speaking and writing workshop manuals as well as two self help books. Her book Nurturing a Grateful Heart: Power of Possibilities is listed as one of the top 10 inspiring books by Aspire magazine.
