Using correct parlimentary procedures and Robert's Rules of order, Wayne teaches corporations, civic groups and municipalities how to save time, energy and efforts in their meetings. Rules of Order to Run an Effective Meeting
In most instances and except as changed by the deliberative body, the rules to be followed are Roberts Rules of Order (hereinafter referred to as RR). These rules were first established by General Henry M. Robert in 1876. The latest edition of RR is the 11th edition.
