Wayne realized that he loved sharing what he learned with others. So Wayne began to teach distinctive, non-traditional systems. Today, Wayne uses his years of experience to help business executives and civic leaders with Effective Meeting Strategies and How to Work with Difficult People. Using correct parlimentary procedures and Robert's Rules of order, Wayne teaches corporations, civic groups and municipalities how to save time, energy and efforts in their meetings. As a certified trainer in sales, management and parlimentary law, Wayne can work with your organization to learn the proper methods to control difficult people or just run and more effective meeting.

Rules of Order to Run an Effective Meeting
In most instances and except as changed by the deliberative body, the rules to be followed are Roberts Rules of Order (hereinafter referred to as RR). These rules were first established by General Henry M. Robert in 1876. The latest edition of RR is the 11th edition.
