In his most recent book, "A Son's Journey: Taking Care of Mom and Dad", Kurt draws upon all his experience to assist both individuals and organization prepare for the Tsunami of Aging sweeping across the globe.
Kurt has three decades of experience as a health care executive and entrepreneur in helping organizations serve more people and grow. His competencies extend across a broad spectrum of leadership including creating and executing missions, objectives, strategic planning, marketing, sales, referral development, business development tactics, mergers and acquisitions, physician relations, service delivery, and forming strategic partnerships between organizations.
Mr. Kazanowski is also a successful business owner of personal home health care companies based in Plymouth Michigan where he lives, and in Moscow Russia, to help people in need of a little extra care to stay safe and independent at home. Health care ventures in Singapore and Thailand are underway. His coaching and consulting company, Hospice Advisors, helps hospice and home care companies become better organizations.
