Thriving Beyond Cancer
Thriving Beyond Cancer is a 2 day workshop for women who have finished their active treatment and need the tools to move beyond their cancer experience. The discussions and activities are based on life coaching and the participants enjoy the interaction, the brainstorming and to be able to walk out with a plan to move forward and live their best life after cancer.
Thriving Beyond
Thriving Beyond is a keynote for those going through a difficult time in their life. It's designed primarily for women but men find it informative as well. Whether it's a health issue like cancer or heart attack, death of a loved one, divorce we all need the tools to move beyond their experience. The participants will walk away understanding they aren't the only ones to feel as they do and have a better understand how they can move through tough times.
This is What Hope Looks Like
This is What Hope Looks Like is for general audiences but is great for health issues where hope is really all we have. Cancer is a great example of that. We all need hope to keep us going to the appointments, fighting the disease, dealing with the side effects and healing. It also take hope to move past the disease and create a life worth living with the uncertainty of the future.
Oh, By the Way
Oh, By the Way is a keynote about not giving up and how sometimes we discover more than we bargained for or dreamed. Being adopted at 10 days old, going through breast cancer, finding birth mom later in life and all the bumps along the way.
GPS for Living
Sharon is one the contributing authors for GPS for Success and has transformed the topic for those wanting to live their best life rather than concentrate on success since that can be so elusive.
