MPI International Board of Directors; President & CEO, On|Point Events Group

Received a degree in Musical Theater from Point Park College, moved to NYC, performed professionally in theater & off-Broadway and even waited on his share of restaurant tables. Unfortunately, he witnessed tragedy on September 11, 2001, and experienced a complete career transition. This is where he began a career in the Meeting & Events field. Since then he has produced events for New York University at venues like Madison Square Garden and in many NYC venues. He now works at The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, FL where he is the Director of Sales & Events. His position here is responsible for more than 250 private events, many fundraisers, and all group sales.

He has been a dedicated Meeting Professionals International Volunteer serving on the Board of Director for the Tampa Bay Area Chapter in the roles of Director of Special Events, VP of Finance, and President. After his term as President of a Chapter, he wanted to continue his MPI service and was selected to participate in the Chapter Advisory Council. He is an active Chapter Facilitator and speaker. He thrives when speaking about Board Management/ Leadership, and has a strong ability to work with budgets and finance. When facilitating, he brings more to the table than just the experience to get all of the required work accomplished, he knows how to do it all while having fun. He believes a Board that is enjoying the process will be much better suited to complete their projects in the long term.
