IL, USNathan is a Partner with Howe & Hutton, Ltd. He earned his undergraduate degree from DePaul University and his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. While in school, Nathan served on the editorial board of The John Marshall Law Review as Executive Lead Articles Editor and externed for a judge in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Nathan's practice is concentrated primarily in association intellectual property and Internet law, including trademarks, copyrights, domain names, e-commerce, and privacy issues. Nathan also maintains a practice in commercial litigation, contracts, and employment discrimination. Nathan has spoken for MPI and its chapters, Religious Conference Management Association (RCMA), Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI), The Missouri Society of Association Executives and other groups in the meetings, travel and hospitality industries. He is former Chair of the Trade and Professional Associations Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and is an adjunct professor at Kendall College where he teaches online and in-person courses in Hospitality Law.
