Ray Scicluna

Son of a Boiler Maker, growing up in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne was a world apart from the world most of us know. Ray uses his StreetSmart instinct in businesses and many say "he wasn't the brightest Kid at school, but is one of the sharpest tools in the shed"

1985 opened a video distribution company that became the largest in Australia within 12 months.

He left school at 13 and by the age of 27 had turned over more than 90 million dollars... he couldn't read or write until he was 31.

However, the real education starts from failure, 1991 he was declared bankrupt at 29 and lost the lot!..

Ray bounces back - 1992- 2002 owned and operated two major franchises and set up 68 different types of businesses.

Begin self-employed for 36 years and in this time he has employed 100's people, trained 1,000's of young people in customer care and helped over 500 people in business build and manage a better business.

Today, Ray is still hands on helping people get better results.
