Kim’s presentation at the 2024 AAC Annual Conference, themed " Building the Future - Innovations in Certification & Building Surveying" captivated nearly 700 delegates. My team and I engaged Kim to facilitate several sessions on the Future of Work and Strategic Workforce planning during a day long offsite for our top leaders across SMEC's ANZ region. For 2023, our attendees told us that their top concern was staff: how to recruit them, how to keep them, and how to motivate them. After a search of the best guest speakers on this topic, we found Kim. From the outset, Kim was a pleasure to work with. Many guest speakers have a "set menu" when it comes to their presentations, but Kim was interested in learning about our customers, their challenges and pain points, researching the industry and fully understanding the brief.
