LIFE Bio: Phillip a Dis- Abled man and Amputee after a devastating accident that left him in the hospital a long time fighting for his life. Emerged several months later as an Expert Transformer, Overcoming the Barriers and Obstacles in LIFE just as he had achieved success in Business. Yes,"The Challenges of Change" can bring HUGE rewards.

Business Bio: Taking over a Hotel after a devastating Fire where 5 people died and 33 were seriously injured. Selected to take on the enormous task of rebuilding the hotel, not only to fix the structure itself, and the business. Working side-by-side with the construction team, front line hotel staff and back of the house employees, whether it was washing dishes, making beds, waiting tables or cleaning hotel rooms. Learning to make himself the standard for teamwork, choosing to Lead, Inspire, Motivate, Teach and Train from within.

Phillip developed and Designed Processes and Products, Procedures and Systems for companies and organizations. Developing and marketing products that are still in use today. Earning his the reputation as "The TRANSFORMER / Turn Around Guy." Transforming the hotel from flatline to producing $12,000,000 a year. The secret was Developing People by becoming a "People Builder" Helping them through their Changes and Challenges an assist them to change their culture to a positive win/win environment, that Benefits Everyone Involved. Helping them to DREAM again set Goals and a Goals Plan to Achieve Success
