Nancy Bleeke is a business consultant, author, trainer and facilitator. Sales Pro Insider, the consulting firm she founded, helps companies improve their sales, customer service and team development skills.
Nancy uses her energetic presentation skills, organizational development and business experience to ensure that people are engaged as they advance their skills, behaviors and attitudes to their profession.
Her education includes bachelor and master degrees in business management. She has had more than 20 years experience working with managers in the areas of sales, sales management, customer service training and human resource development.
Prior to starting Sales Pro Insider, Nancy was a member of strategic teams at a Midwest financial institution and a leading distributor of toys. She has been in the trenches as a sales professional and sales manager, a partner with other sales managers and a sales coach.
Nancy's sales career started in elementary school when she was one of the first newspaper "girls" - she loved that her tips were higher than the "boys"! But sales was not her intent after earning her MBA - running a department and being a VP was. Quickly she realized that selling was a necessary part of most jobs. And she found her passion as she introduced effective sales processes and skills to her national sales team.
Watching the enthusiasm and results from those efforts - with a desire to take back her own schedule - is what started Sales Pro Insider, Inc. Now Nancy shares sales expertise through writing, workshops, and coaching throughout the world. Having trained thousands of professionals and managers since 1998, she has learned what the best do - and more importantly the attitudes and habits that they have - and incorporates these best practices in all her training.
Nancy is a lifelong Wisconsin resident. She is in the midst of raising three teenagers with her husband, Jon.
