How you ever wondered why most have stopped Excelling? Why do we accept delivering to plan as "excellent"? Why do we not constantly improve? You may argue that we do improve and excel. My opinion is we don't... our expectations have reduced until we feel in a comfortable zone.
Truly we wallow in the mire of our mediocrity through failing to hold ourselves and others accountable to simply do what we say we will do.
I understand what is takes to excel, to succeed and constantly improve from mindset through to execution and results. What is wrong with coaching today?
I believe that most instruction today is the Adderall or fix. It may provide a jolt from the defibrillator, however the next day we need more, still don't know what to do, what has improved in our lives and how to measure or recreate it? I believe there is more to an entrepreneurs coaching needs than inspirational ra ra, books & speakers
