• 101 Global Leadership Lessons for Nurses: Shared Legacies from Leaders and their Mentors, published by STTI, authored the chapters "Self Recovery and Renewal" and "Jobless and Searching".
• Stringing Pearls, a book that highlights the personal journeys of twenty-one of the nation's outstanding nursing leaders, authored the chapter "Nurse Entrepreneurship: Braving the Deep".

Kim is currently in process of writing a book about her personal experience of caregiving in the home, candidly discussing challenges, self-care throughout the process and the changing dynamics created when a loved one is diagnosed with a life changing disease.
When she is not speaking, Kim maintains a clientele of coaching clients, including individuals and groups. She is passionate about supporting newly diagnosed patients, yet her mission is aimed at prevention. Kim has been interviewed numerous times, most recently on The Happy Human Show.
