Tracy Crossley

Tracy Crossley speaks on solutions to relationship issues, professionally and personally. Three main benefits that audiences gain when listening to her speak are first they may immediately implement tips to improve relationships personally and professionally; become empowered and more confident in their relationships and lastly see how their relationships may be obstacles to financial abundance in their lives and work.

Tracy started out in sales at the beginning of her career (after dropping out of fashion design school), at the age of 21, she was able to bring in large clients such as Jack in The Box to her roster.

At every point in her career prior to becoming a coach, when she was in sales, marketing and management...it was all about the relationships. Building new relationships and repairing damaged relationships. She never looked at sales as a chance to go in for the kill, but to add someone else to her wide network of relationships.

Her life is about living abundance and teaching entreprenuers how their relationships can stand in the way of their full potential in business success. 

Tracy has quite a few accomplishments, but it's also the adversity that makes her capable as an intuitive coach in helping others.

Mistakes?

A few, as well as many triumphs. Tracy believes the more you accept and learn from your mistakes (cuz your going to make them anyway), the greater your chances are for fulfilling success.

She is a born entrepreneur, she started selling popcorn balls on the street corner to neighborhood kids at the age of seven. It wasn't the money that thrilled her, it was fulfilling a passion inside of her.

Every time Tracy veered away from passion, connection and living from a place of joy, she was unhappy and did an awesome job of making sure she learned through experience. Early on, she didn't recognize how she'd been living up to the expectations of others, society and the damn voices in her head telling her she had to prove herself. She had to be good enough, not too much, lovable, sweet, worthy, confident, etc...

Tracy felt she was all of those things for awhile, until things stopped working in her life.

She had gotten married in her early 20s and had three beautiful babies, by the time she was 30, she was divorced. Having been so out of touch with herself emotionally, she had never tried to connect to why she had been unhappy. The marriage wasn't great, but it was the only beginning of her journey.

The journey professionally and personally has brought life full circle in terms of success and fulfillment. First she had to gain self-awareness and understand why she kept choosing shoes and jobs that didn't fit!

She has a background in marketing and sales management; these are skills she does well, but they didn't bring her fulfillment. For years she was afraid to leave that behind in both her own business and later in the corporate world.

It took 9 times in 10 years of losing her job for Tracy to wake up! Yup NINE times!! Some happened, because the business ceased to exist, she was laid off, wasn't a good fit...a myriad of reasons, but the bottom line...the Universe was sending a message and it took awhile to be heard. Tracy wasn't in touch with her true joy. She knew it was there, but she didn't want to look at it....until she had no choice and took a flashlight even deeper within.

Even when Tracy went through coaching training, she wasn't sure it was the right career decision for her. Hearing feedback from her clients, helped her a bit, but it wasn't until she really started to take herself seriously as someone who could truly help others to achieve the change they wanted that she started to feel fulfilled by her career. She found how she passionately loved creating each day through coaching, writing and now speaking...all with the intent to offer people the secrets she knew to creating a great life.

Tracy has experienced her share of life challenges and adventures, and through determination and perseverance, has emerged a strong and powerful woman. And it is precisely this quality that makes Tracy so successful in her coaching business, as she is able to truly connect and empathize with her clients; she specifically focuses on relationships both personally and professionally. Her clients know she's been where they've been before and has the tools to help them through their challenges in relationships.

Tracy studied neuropsychology and received her BA in Psychology from Charter Oak State College.
