SINCE 1987, I have been helping real estate agents/real estate organizations gain the skills needed to better manage their careers, assist buyers and sellers, and achieve their goals.
MY PRIMARY DUTIES are as broker/owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties in Chatsworth, CA. On a day to day basis, I manage a group of successful real estate agents/support staff and oversee client relations; operational management; recruiting, training, marketing; and assist agents in creating profitable real estate careers. Prior to changing to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties brand in January 2014, I held the same position with Prudential California Realty since August 2006. Prior to that I was the president of Century 21 All Properties, Inc.
ADDITIONALLY, through my firm TJM Consulting Group, I provide business consulting and executive coaching services. My expertise as a business coach comes from operating my real estate company in challenging as well as profitable times. In 2009, I completed the program offered by Cal State Northridge in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
IN 2008, I began serving as an instructor for the Real Estate Centre teaching a Salesperson/Broker Exam Prep Course. I am now teaching the same course through Duane Gomer Education. Since 1999, I have been teaching Real Estate and Business classes at UCLA Extension, Pierce College, L.A. Valley College and LA City College. Over the years, I've helped thousands of students prepare for and pass the California Real Estate Salesperson/Broker License exam.
TEACHING has enhanced my ability to deal with individuals from numerous cultures and lent value to numerous organizations in sales, management, recruiting, training and organizational development.
IN October, 2017 I earned the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation through Toastmasters International
