With over 15+ years in Human Resources, specifically in Learning & Development field Sonya knows how important proper etiquette, professionalism and self assurance can be your passport to putting life's puzzle pieces together to reaching life's prosperity. Having had her fair share of layoffs for various corporate companies, surviving various private/government programs funding cuts as well as various company closings, Sonya had to do a lot of repackaging, revamping, reassessing, and reimagining to continue her climb on the employment ladder. Each experience gave her, her own puzzle pieces which Sonya had to make fit into her life's roadmap.
