For almost 20 years, she has been teaching people of all ages, in every industry, that civility is its own reward.
For the past 18 years, she has been CEO of multinational civility training group, Civility Experts Inc. The team at Civility Experts — which includes 376 affiliates in 46 countries — has supported and trained 100s of organizations in building better workplaces.
Lew is also a 14-time published author. Two of her books, The 30% Solution: How Civility at Work Increases Retention, Engagement and Profitability and Golden Rule Civility: An Action Plan for Building a Global Culture of Honour have been international bestsellers. In 2018, Lew released The Power of One: How Choosing Civility Can Change Your Life.
She is the co-founder of the Golden Rule Civility Global Initiative, volunteer executive director of the National Civility Center, president of The Center for Organizational Cultural Competence, international liaison for International Civility Trainers' Consortium, president of Propriety Publishing, and founder of the In Good Company Etiquette Academy Franchise Group.
Lew is one of only 14 master civility trainers in the world. She is a distance faculty member at Georgetown University Center for Cultural Competence, a long-term facilitator at the Canadian Management Center in Toronto, ON, an instructor on social justice at the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology, a master trainer for the Canadian School of Service, a certified High Style Impression Management Professional and a certified Culture Coach®. Most recently, Lew has taken on a role as a Senior Advisor for Champions of Humanity, a global organization working to prevent genocide and fostering peace around the world.
