As the Chief Solutions Officer of Ascend Franchise Solutions, Marietta Snetsinger assumes management of all consulting projects and long-term engagements.  With over 20 years of business experience, Ms. Snetsinger is passionate about establishing solid operational systems and support process within franchise organizations.  Throughout her career she has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing tools to assist franchisees with their success. She has been involved in franchise sales and development with both M&M Meat Shops and Dunkin' Brands Inc. (Baskin-Robbins Canada). Her thorough knowledge of franchise operating systems and her strong commitment to the success of her clients is an asset to any emerging or established franchisor.  As an active member of the Canadian Franchise Association, she currently sits on the Franchise Support Services and the Ontario Regional Advisory committees. She is also a regular speaker and participant at the Association's annual conventions and a regular presenter at the "How to Franchise Your Business" seminar offered by the CFA.

Originally from the Maritimes, Marietta holds a Bachelor of Human Ecology (Consumer Studies Major, Business Minor) from Mount Saint Vincent University in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

Marietta is a Certified Life Coach Practitioner and enrolled in the S.W.A.T. (Simply Woman Accredited Trainer) Institute, a coaching program focused on "women empowering women".  She is also a member of the Canadian Franchise Association and the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

An active member of the Cambridge North Rotary Club, in December of 2010 she received the President's Award for "Service Above Self". She is also a member of the Board of Directors for St. Luke's Place, a long term care home located in Cambridge, ON.  Marietta is committed to giving back to the community where she lives and works.
