Barbara is an adjunct faculty professor in a college in Pennsylvania where she teaches leadership in a master’s degree program. Barbara received her Ed.D at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, in adult-learning based Psycho Educational Processes Dept. (psychology of small group behavior), specializing in Training & Development and Organizational Development and her M.S degree in Counseling Psychology at Antioch University, Yellow Springs, Ohio. Barbara has written numerous articles for her newsletter and magazine publications.
Barbara is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and Advanced MBTI-Mid Life Development. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and The Society Inc. (an organization that promotes youth in the arts).
