Her message, nuanced with anecdotes from Antarctica and her real-life examples of her incredible year in isolation is entertaining, engaging, motivational, thought provoking, and behaviour changing. Rachael's lessons from isolation are simple and straight-forward, making them excellent tools for students to have in their toolkit. She describes the "no triangles" method of conflict resolution, and checking if people are "NQR", imparting her wisdom in a friendly and open manner. Without a doubt her presentation has been the best during our online remote learning, infused with humour, personality and fun.
