Meditation Faculty at the Omega Institute, Rhinebeck New York
Devoted meditation from the age of 5, with over ten years spent as a monastic nun in North Dakota and Texas. Her Masters in theology was completed in 2001 in Washington D.C., and is concentrated upon the adult spiritual journey. For the last 13 years she has had a company offering keynotes, facilitating retreats and workshops and and providing sessions as meditation coach and private consultant. She is also a Reiki Master and fellow seeker on the path to living freely.
During her years as a nun she stepped into the role of general architect and principal fundraiser for the construction of her community's 17,000 square foot mission style facility. She gave her 'YES' to the project with little money and no experience, leading the 3 ½ year endeavor to its completion and ending debt-free. She is a testament to what can happen when each one of us steps into our own personal YES in life. After selling a community wide festival, drawing 10,000 per year in Sarasota Florida, Kimberly is now happily based in Boulder Colorado.
