She's an author and co-author of numerous articles and five books including the "bibles" of the industry on both buyer agency and dual agency as well as The Future of Real Estate: Profiting from the Revolution. In addition she's served on the Supreme Court of Colorado's Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and does extensive work as an expert witness in real estate related cases.
Professionally, Gail is broker/owner of a small residential firm, Boulder Real Estate Services, International and is a full time practitioner. She has been licenses in Colorado since 1973. As is obvious from her many designations (ABR, CCIM, COI{S, CRB, CRS, DREI, Green, RSPS, SRES, TRC), she believes in education. Of these, REEA's DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor) is critically important as an indication of her teaching skills.
In addition, she has been local board president, state association president, national president of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS); board and then state REALTOR of the Year, long term National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Director and chair of several NAR committees, including Education, Risk Reduction and Global Business & Alliances. Between 2004 and 2012, Gail served as NAR's Regional Coordinator for the Asia-Pacific Region.
