Executives today must be as adept with their 'soft' leadership skills as they are with their more traditional functional expertise and managerial skills. Earlier in their careers, many of these leaders were used to leveraging structured tools and approaches to manage their business processes.
In this program, leadership trainer and coach Bob Kantor will delve into a different kind of structured life cycle -- one he created with the effective practice of today’s functional leadership in mind. He's applied this approach with more than 120 IT, Sales and Product Development executives in the past three years, and has coached leaders in the CIO Executive Council's Pathways program.
Bob will present a brief summary of his signature process-based approach to leadership, and talk about the six components of his Simple Leadership Life Cycle. He will follow with specific techniques to begin applying the process immediately. Attendees will have new leadership processes, tools and techniques they can put right to use by the end of the program.
