There was a saying from the past: “I’m not here to make friends.” In the world of today Eli feels that it is essential to not only make friends but to build rapport with as many people as you can and instill a sense of value in them. He also knows in doing this they will in turn add value to others. Eli has been employed in the oil industry since 1997, He started at the bottom and through hard work and determination he rose to a site safety supervisor position. Eli has since started his own business consulting with companies in leadership, communication, safety. "It is exciting to do what I love, and to share with others my experiences in safety and leadership."
