Donna's career includes serving as a highly successful leader in the financial services industry as a tax lawyer and investment advisor. She works with individuals, teams, organizations and boards on improving performance by leveraging leadership development. She speaks frequently on leadership, wealth, money and values in keynotes and workshops, and serves as a brain based executive coach.

Donna is a certified partner and workshop facilitator for several individual and team based assessment tools: Everything Disc (Workplace, Management, Sales, Work of Leaders, and 363 for Leaders) and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. She believes strongly in the power of Emotional Intelligence to take leaders to the next level and is also a certified practitioner for EQi 2.0, EQi 2.0 for Leaders, EQi 2.0 360 assessments.. Donna is licensed facilitator for Situational Leadership II Concepts which supports tactical and field execution of strategic initiatives.
