Kathy is a Harvard-trained leadership and transformation expert, coach, speaker, and award-winning author of Change Your Shoes, Live Your Greatest Life. Kathy transformed her own world more than ten years ago when she changed her corporate high heels to hiking boots and left her home country of Australia to journey "around and within." Kathy has lived and learned to overcome life challenges after surviving a childhood of sexual abuse.

Kathy incorporated the experiences and learning from her journey into her work in the field of mastering life and leadership. Today, Kathy's clients range from Major League Baseball players to multi-billion dollar corporations, to non-profits, governments, executives, and individuals.

A spirited speaker and workshop host, Kathy has spoken at numerous conferences throughout the United States and overseas and has featured in local and national media.

Kathy completed a master's degree at Harvard Kennedy School focusing on leadership and international development. At Harvard Business School (HBS), Kathy studied under the now Dean of HBS, Nitin Nohria, and Tony Mayo, Director of The Leadership Initiative at HBS. Kathy has also undertaken several executive programs at Harvard Kennedy School on leadership, including a "Master Class" program in leadership development.
