The benefits of play for your business or association, like increasing creative thinking and building better teams, are key to higher output. Play is a real and necessary part of corporate culture on many levels. It's important to understand the deeper nature of what play means instead of seeing "getting to play" as a bonus feature. It's SO much more than a ping-pong table and free beer! Integration of play is key to improving corporate culture and increasing productivity and the bottom line.
She knows from experience the stress and unpredictability of corporate life and understands how to help your employees bring back that sense of curiosity and wonder that spark innovation and creative thought. She finds that spark within each person and ignites it into a flame.
Rona doesn't believe in work/life balance. Work is part of life! So how do you balance it all? It's about taking time to make time work for you. And above all, having an attitude of play that makes life an adventure, not a responsibility.
Rona's first career was in advertising sales, where her last position was as VP of Sales for a national media rep firm. She then changed careers and became a fitness and lifestyle coach for corporations, professional women and businessmen. Add to that, certifications as a creativity coach and her business built itself! Her background includes a degree in Advertising with a Minor in Phys. Her play and creativity prowess was helped along by schools such as University of Minnesota and The State University of New York.

Testimonials:
Hiring Rona for our corporate wellness program was one of the best things we've done all year. Everyone can relate to her, she speaks TO my employees, not AT them and most of all, she gets results!
-Beth Bradmon, COO mOcean, Inc. Marketing and Branding, Los Angeles, CA
I had asked Rona to speak at our hospital's Heart and Vascular Institute community education event for Heart Month. Rona was able to incorporate elements of nutrition and exercise into her overall theme of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her speaking style and enthusiasm kept the audience engaged and entertained. She offered a wealth of information on how to keep healthy and fit and she included a great deal of audience participation. It was, according to our post-event feedback, our top-rated event over the past seven years.
-Mark S. Lewis, Director, Heart and Vascular Institute at Upper Chesapeake Health, Bel Air, Maryland
Rona was so much fun and incredibly informative. My clients needed someone to speak to who they could trust that would help get their bodies strong again and whom they could discuss their fears without sacrificing their self esteem and Rona did just that!
-Amy Gibson, President, CreatedHair.com, Los Angeles, CA
