Dezmon is a student, researcher, and consultant to high growth entrepreneurs. His specialties are entrepreneurship, economics, and service-based businesses.

He currently holds a leadership position with a Southeast Asian VC firm.

As a creator, he's also published many key entrepreneurial concepts including E5 Framework, a scientific roadmap to sustainable self-employment.

Outside of consulting and operations, Dezmon sat on the Ohio Department of Education's Entrepreneurial Advisory Board. While there, he consulted the department on the entrepreneurship curriculum in high schools and colleges statewide.

A graduate of Ohio State University, Dezmon has a Bachelor's degree in Family Financial Management. While in college, Dezmon interned domestically and internationally with Goldman Sachs, Limited Brands, Nationwide Insurance, and Johnson & Johnson. He was also accepted into the Monster.com Diversity Leadership Program as well as the Harvard Business School Summer Venture in Management Program.

Dezmon's goal is to rid the world of economic suffering through the study and dissemination of entrepreneurship education.
