In 2008, after landing his "dream job" to lead one of the largest animal shelters in the country, Tim "resigned" a few months later to start his own consulting firm. Despite the naysayers, Tim built one of the most sought out and respected consulting firms for the entire animal sheltering industry and is regularly invited to speak at conferences and workshops.
