Nancy Lynn is the CIO (Chief Image Officer) of The Polished Professional, a company that transforms high-potential women into confident, composed and connected professionals.

Nancy was an adjunct professor at Stevens Institute of Technology for 8 years, and is currently a guest speaker in the executive masters' program. She developed the first Oral and Written Communication course for the Stevens' executive masters' program, and the communication modules for UKM (National University of Malaysia). During her eight years teaching she coached over 400 executives.
Since 2005, Nancy has been a lead instructor and executive coach for Communispond teaching communication and presentation skills to clients, including Tech Data, General Electric and Aetna. Nancy is certified to teach Executive Presentation Skills, Delivering Memorable Presentations, Write Up Front, Persuasive Dialogue, Virtual Presentation Skills, and Virtual Executive Presentation Skills.
Nancy previously worked for Olan Mills Studios for thirteen years as an Area Manager and District Sales Supervisor. In her latter role, she was responsible for hiring, training and supervising over 150 sales managers and associates in 90 portrait studios throughout the Northeastern United States and Canada. Nancy helped managers and associates develop effective sales and customer service skills that drove business growth. She consistently hit and surpassed sales forecasts for the Northeast.
Nancy is past president of the National Speakers Association (NSA) for the New York City chapter (2017/2018). She is licensed in Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol and a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). She is an active member in her community. Nancy lives in New Jersey with her husband and dog, Tugboat, where she enjoys golf, yoga and dark chocolate.
