Master ADD/ADHD Strategist, Productivity and Organization Coach and author of the forthcoming Seven Step PowerPlan to Success

As a Master ADHD Strategist, Productivity Coach & Professional Organizer, I am passionate about helping people who feel overworked, overwhelmed or disorganized to transform the way they think, work and live. My clients learn tools and develop strategies that enable them to clarify and attain their goals, get and stay motivated, and effectively manage their time and priorities, papers, projects, relationships, systems, space and 'stuff.' They have less stress and more time, energy and focus to get things done, grow their business, succeed in school or the workplace, balance work/home/self-care and live a life they love.

This takes awareness of who they are and how they function - or not <g>, along with belief in and respect for their strengths, plus a toolbox of strategies to compensate for their challenges. We focus on the issues that are most important, and how to achieve goals through a combination of mindset, holistic time management, personalized, practical strategies that work with the way they think, and targeted, do-able actions.

For more than 20 years I have assisted entrepreneurs, professionals, parents, executives, artists, writers, teachers, homemakers and students to overcome overwhelm and lead more fulfilling, less stressful lives. As a solopreneur, writer, artist, adult with ADD, and having raised a child with ADHD, I bring a realistic, creative and non-judgmental approach to this process.

My background is diverse; having been a corporate VP of marketing and creative director, a business and technology consultant and small business owner.  In 1989 I co-founded CHADD of New York City (a chapter of the international organization), followed by The A.D.D. Resource Center, and now, Susan Lasky Organizing & Productivity Solutions.

My credentials include Senior Certified ADHD Coach, Edge Certified Student Coach, Level II Specialist in Chronic Disorganization, Trained Organizer-Coach (tm), Certified Productive Environment Specialist (tm), Holistic Time Management Coach and Golden Circle member of NAPO (The National Association of Professional Organizers).  I have developed the Seven Step Mindset Program for Success, co-authored Managing ADHD at Home & at School, and was a contributing author to the recently published book, The ADHD Awareness Project: 365 Ways to Succeed with ADHD.
