Lynda Monk, MSW, RSW, CPCC is a Writing for Wellness Expert.  She is the author of Life Source Writing:  A Reflective Journaling Practice for Self-Discovery, Self-Care, Wellness and CreativityShe is also the co-author of Writing Alone Together:  Journaling in a Circle of Women for Creativity, Compassion and Connection, as well as the bestselling, Inspiration for a Woman's Soul:  Choosing Happiness. She is the producer of the Creative Wellness Guided Meditations CD.

With 28 years combined experience as a Registered Social Worker, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Lynda has taught thousands of people about the healing and life enhancing benefits of therapeutic journaling and expressive writing through her in-person and online training programs, keynotes, presentations, workshops and retreats.  She has a speciality in working with professionals in high care and often high trauma work to use mindfulness and writing to mitigate the risk for compassion fatigue, burnout and vicarious trauma.  

Lynda is the co-leader of the Life Vision & Enhancement Community of Practice with the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She regularly teaches coaches, helpers and healers how to use therapeutic journaling in their transformational work with their clients.

Lynda is the Director of the International Association for Journal Writing and leads this learning and inspiration community for journal writers worldwide.
