Jenny is the owner and director of Mosaic Training. A trainer, facilitator, and educator, she works with public, private and community sector organizations, readily sharing her wealth of knowledge and understandings, gained over 25 years of working in the education and community sector.
As a former manager and trustee of Volunteering Waikato, Jenny has a clear understanding of the issues for community organizations and the not-for-profit sector. Jenny has developed and delivered substantial program around the involvement and management of volunteers.
Known for her interactive, engaging and practical style, Jenny finds the answers are often within the group, and encourages people to learn from one another. She develops highly effective programs that are tailored specifically to meet the needs of participants.
