Cindy started speaking in front of crowds as a salsa dance instructor. Using a fun-filled and engaging approach, she has inspired the love of dance within a wide array of people ranging from students to CEOs, many of whom claim 2-left-feet. Currently, she is using this approach to shake up the field of project management. Traditionally sterile and heavy on process, project management is often viewed as cumbersome and boring. However, through an interactive, fun and relatable training series, as with salsa, Cindy plans to inspire the love of project management in everyone.
