Trevor has spent 35 years influencing people to ‘buy’ - in the army, in business and in daily life.  Since 2001, he’s formally modelled 'the best of the best' and used these skills to debunk the myths & fears of sales at companies large and small.   He now delivers keynote speeches that inspire the audience to have the confidence that any one of them can sell their ideas, products and services - and even themselves.

As well as keynote speaking, he can deliver four different Seminars based around his APEX Influence Model - each one addressing and solving a different problem.  He's also CEO of Holis Associates Inc. who provide corporate training in Communication, Sales Leadership & Influence.  His book Turning Selling into Buying® will be published next year.

During his life, he's started a successful software house 'in his garage', been a political organiser, run global sales channels for three companies and been a Director at a NASDAQ startup.  A graduate of Cranfield University, Ashridge Business School and Sandhurst, he’s a Master Practitioner of NLP and a CAPS member.

He now lives in Ottawa, the Capital of Canada, but travels anywhere to people who want to make a step change in the effectiveness of their lives and work.

Since leaving the UK's Commando Brigade, his career has included:

Tacstar Systems - developing and selling the world's first real time tactical navigation systems for yacht racing

The London Stock Exchange - 'selling' the idea of 'Big Bang' and electronic trading to old establised, stock brokers

Logica plc - setting up a succesful business unit, developing and selling complex trading and risk systems

New Era of Networks - moving the European operation from 3 men in his home office to a $40M sales turnover

IPNetTech - UK MD of a Swiss e-Collaboration company; solving difficult business problems with clever technical solutions
