Jenny Cartwright is not only Australia's leading telephone sales expert, but a speaker, sales trainer, consultant, and coach. She has had over 30 years' hands-on, "in the trenches " experience in guiding many of Australia's leading companies to the pinnacle of sales success.
Following a career in face to face sales and sales management for a major hotel chain and international sales management with an Australian coach tour company, Jenny started her own sales consulting company to help businesses increase their sales.
In the 90s, she changed direction to telemarketing where she consistently achieved record sales promoting the events of some of the world's best speakers like Anthony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Denis Waitley, Harvey Mackay, Michael Gerber, Brian Tracy, Jay Abraham and Deepak Chopra.
20 years ago, Jenny started her own training company, Sales and Telesales Solutions and has personally trained over 70,000 people in sales, telesales, and customer service. She conducts public workshops all over Australia, in-house customised training for companies in a vast variety of industries and speaks at business conferences worldwide.
Jenny is one of only 47 female Certified Speaking Professionals (CSPs) in Australia - the highest designation for speakers in the country. She was President of Business SWAP, and the leader of the XL Entrepreneurs Sydney Circle for 5 years. Her sales expertise has been invited on "A Current Affair" and she has spoken at many business conferences including a day event with Sir Richard Branson.
Jenny's primary spare time interest is fitness and teaching aqua aerobics. She loves to bring this into her presentations because fitiness is so important for mental health and productivity.
