Joao Cordeiro
With a history of over twenty Five years of research and professional development, João Cordeiro is a specialist in lectures, workshops, executive coaching, but more than that, João Cordeiro is an accountability evangelist.
Accountability is the profound conviction that it is everyone’s duty to take responsibility for results and decisions into their own hands. This is the way in which João handles the day-to-day, how he establishes his relationships, works, and it is his greatest differential.
João Cordeiro is not looking for shortcuts, but hard work, and lasting results. He believes that, being the product of our own decisions, we can always improve. The greatest proof of this is the intense rhythm of continual domestic and international specialization courses he engages in, spearing no expense of time and resources to achieve self-improvement.

SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
WORKSHOPS
Recognized for his innovative and inspiring workshops, João has developed a unique Design and Planning method that transforms each client demand into an exclusive event, designed to cater to the specific problems and ambitions of each client:The six themes he develops are:
• Accountability
Argument: What’s behind a great successful career is not a lucky person, or a merely responsible one, but an accountable one.
Delivery: To show the participants that accountability is asleep in our minds, and that all it takes is to wake it up with the genuine desire to be better, and bring contributions to society without the expectation for rewards.
• Sales
Argument: There are two kinds of people in an organization: the ones that help selling, and the ones that get in the way.
Delivery: Showing that inside true sales people, the ones that are proud of their work, there is an internal code made-up of five principles: Focus, Ambition, Discipline, Rhythm, and Organization.
• People Management
Argument: A manager is the sum of an administrator and a leader. Managers need to master processes and understand people, they must be maestros that can select, develop, and guide musicians, plan performance calendars as well as the repertoire, and still keep check of the budget of the benefactors.
Delivery: The six pillars of management, arguing with rich historical examples, past military strategy, sports references, and linking it with reality through exercises and reflections.
• Creativity and Innovation
Argument: A creative person is not a special person, with a high I.Q., but any normal person from whom nothing has been taken.
Delivery: Awakening the curiosity in each person, through exercises and activities where the participants get impressed with themselves, with what they didn’t even know they were capable of creating and producing.
• Train the Trainer
Argument: More and more companies will need to form their own people, inside their own culture, using their own trainers.
Delivery: Showing that even in companies, there is still a negative inheritance from past educational systems where the focus was the instructor, instead of the participant.
• Mental Model
Argument: We understand the functioning of our cars, PC’s and cell phones better than we understand our own brains; but in order to deal gracefully and successfully with constant change, we have to know how to reprogram it.
Delivery: Demonstrating that when our mental map doesn’t correspond with the terrain, we have to change maps. The updating of this map happens when we acknowledge there are four universal stages of change through which every person has to pass.
COACHING
The intense track method was develop by João Cordeiro as the result of years of experience developing CEO’s, partners and family companies, managers and high scale executives. The base of this method is the construction of a relationship of total transparency between coach and coachee, where João will always find a way to say what his client needs to hear.
João Cordeiro also shares what he has learned in this segment with other professionals in the business, developing professional lectures that mean to improve presentations, developing new products (themes), and contributing with different ways to deliver.
