Cindi brings a truly unique and thorough background to the subject of behavior management and wellness as leadership strategies. From a grounding in primary care, she moved to focus on applied neuroscience (brain-based well-being), behavior change management, and whole leadership. She developed innovative ways to systematically address stress to optimize energy, creativity, and focus for enhanced, sustainable performance and greater career and life satisfaction.
She is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Maryland School of Medicine, a Fellow of the American Institute of Stress, a charter member of HeartMath, and a former board member of the International Society of Neurofeedback and Research. An ICF Professional Certified Coach, Dr. Ackrill has also completed training in advanced executive coaching, wellness and peak performance coaching, and is a certified Team Advantage leader and certified Stress Mastery Educator.
