After graduating from McGill University with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and a Diploma in Education, Giovanni Gaudelli began his career teaching high school English. Seeking new challenges, he then became a successful player in the financial services industry where he developed valuable leadership skills. For more than 25 years, including twelve years as a SFL – Desjardins Financial Security franchise owner, he coached and inspired employees and salespeople to develop their full potential and attain superior results.
