Over the last 10 years, Frauke has trained and coached thousands of professionals on high performance skills internationally and in the USA. She has worked with large-sized companies such as Conoco Phillips, Bayer Healthcare, SGL Group, Legal Shield, and Shire Pharmaceuticals, mid-sized, and high-potential start-ups.
Frauke regularly speaks about her ongoing research on the "Mindsets of Successful Entrepreneurs and Leaders", a study that evolved from her Ph.D. research. It disseminates the success structures of highly accomplished leaders and entrepreneurs. Seminars at Centered Leadership Institute are based on the insights of this research, NLP communication techniques, and newest insights from organizational psychology.

Frauke was born and raised in Germany where she earned a M.A. in Social Sciences before immigrating to the US in 1999. She also holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco, is a certified NLP Coach and Trainer, and Language and Behavior (LaB) Consultant. She currently serves on board of the National Speakers Association, Northern California Chapter.
