Tom Drews is the CEO and Founder of What Works! Communications.  He has delivers real time and virtual training, speaking and consulting programs for all kinds of organizations, including Google, Symantec, WebEx, Clif Bar, McKesson and Cisco.

Prior to founding What Works Communications, Tom Drews served as Vice President of Sales for Cole Valley Software. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales for Zoom Systems, a company that produces automated, self-service stores that can be found in over 780 airports, malls and retail stores (Zoom Systems). Previously, Tom Drews founded Active Stick Wear, a company that manufactured and distributed active sports wear to 87 department store chains including Macy's, Penny's, Sears, Kids R Us, Footlocker and Wal-Mart.

Tom Drews was also an actor in Hollywood, where he studied improvisation, acted in commercials (Blake's Auto Body) and played small parts on Days of Our Lives, the Young and the Restless, and General Hospital. Tom's real claim to fame was playing Bachelor #1 on the Dating Game.
