Inspirational Edutainer. Leadership Imagineer. Cultural Explorer.

Insight. Inspiration. Ideas.

My name is DR. RICK CHROMEY and I help people interpret history, navigate culture and explore faith so they can create transformative change in their homes, at school or work.

I am a cultural historian, leadership professor and inspirational speaker. In 2017 I founded MANNA! Educational Services International, a faith-based nonprofit organization that serves leaders, teachers, pastors and parents with insightful and inspirational "edu-trainment."

I'm interested in people and how humans are motivated. A lot of my messages help audiences understand how to motivate productivity, learning and behavior without incentives. For teachers and parents, I often speak on why kids misbehave, proactive discipline and classroom management. For leaders and employers how to "lead with style" and/or recruit, inspire, and retain volunteers and staff.

I hold an earned doctorate in leadership and the emerging culture and a masters in education. I've served as a pastor, professor, trainer and  executive director. I've authored over a dozen books, including GenTech: An American Story of Technology, Change and Who We Really Are (2020). I've been professionally speaking since 1982 and have given thousands of keynotes, presentations, workshops, webinars and podcasts in all 50 states, Africa, Europe, Canada and Mexico. Along the way, I've collected a lot of experiences, knowledge and friends.

In the end, what I hope you find in me is AUTHENTICITY. I just want to be real with you, your audience, my story and my mission. And I have some great stories to tell!

Ultimately, I want to bring your audience INSIGHT. Spark some IDEAS. And leave them INSPIRED... wanting more...with a smile.

Including YOU...the host!
