Dana is part of a select group of independent affiliates with Resource Associates Corporation, a global leader in business and management consulting and leadership development. She served as treasurer for the SHRM Central Oregon chapter, was Vice President for interest groups at ASTD Oregon/SW Washington chapter, and is program chair for the Bend Business Success Program Council.
A native-born German, Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Design and Psychology and a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Martin Luther University in Germany.
