I am the C.E.O and Chief Inspiration Officer of Performance Inspired, a management consulting firm, and Founder of Jamstir, a gamification platform.

As a social-gamification platform, Jamstir converts ordinary content into an extraordinary experience and transforms the typcial conference setting into a lively, competitive and inspiring encounter for participants.  Jamstir puts an end to talking head PowerPoint presentations.

The gamification of employee engagement, leadership development, and inspiration.
