Susan Foley is the Managing Partner of Corporate Entrepreneurs LLC, a consulting firm that helps organizations develop corporate entrepreneurship (Intrapreneurship) as a core competency to accelerate new business growth. Susan is an author, international speaker, consultant, and educator who has written numerous articles and two books Entrepreneurs Inside and Acceleration: Changing the Speed of Growth.
For twenty years, Susan has been helping Fortune 1000 companies build new businesses that have generated millions. Susan works with organizations to identify and develop their internal entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial leaders so they can successfully lead new growth initiatives. She shows them how they can leverage existing resources and build new processes that support innovation. She provides the tools, techniques and education required to shift cultures, transform behaviors and encourage innovative thought and action. Susan is on a mission to help individuals and organizations understand why corporate entrepreneurs (Intrapreneurs) are needed more than ever in the current economic climate. In doing so, she is awakening the entrepreneurial spirit within all of us.
Susan is also an Executive in Residence at the Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College and teaches Corporate Entrepreneurship at Babson's Executive Education. She teaches Social Change at Suffolk University and is a fellow at their Center for Innovation and Change Leadership. She is a member of The Boston Club - Distinguished Leaders Series, the National Speakers Association of New England, treasurer of NSA New England and she is a Certified Hospice Volunteer. When she is not working, Susan enjoys golfing with family and friends.
