Joe Dwyer
Joe Dwyer realized he had a passion for motivational speaking after delivering a ten-minute speech in his sophomore year of high school.
Now with over 25 years of business and personal experience he now also inspires people to find their "treasures" through personal/business coaching. He served as an executive for Bell Atlantic and the Archdiocese of Newark.
Joe is trained in martial arts and possesses a 3rd degree black belt in Karate and is a graduate of Coach U (A world class coach training organization). In March 2011, Joe graduated from Emerson Theological Institute as a certified Animal Chaplain. Along with this training and his diverse life experiences, Joe believes in journeying with the people he speaks with using an engaging style that people thrive in.
A certified dog trainer, Joe has always had a passion for animal rights. He has rescued three dogs from shelters that live with him and his family. He trained one of the rescued dogs, Shelby, to be a certified therapy dog and has published "Shelby's Grace", outlining the Pit Bull's journey of love and compassion. Joe and Shelby visit schools to speak out against bullying. His second rescued dog, Daniel, survived euthanasia in an Alabama gas chamber. Flown to New Jersey to his forever home, Joe and Daniel travel together to speak out against the gas chambers, promote adoptions and teach about pet parenting. Read all about their mission in "Daniel, The Miracle Beagle". Joe is also the author of "The Dog Ate My Homework" which is about accountability from a dog's view, also the brand of Joe's presentation series.
