Not only am I a skilled motivational speaker with 15 years experience and a former sales all-star who handled multi-million dollar national and regional accounts, but I've also been a Big 10 college football referee for the past 20 years. Additionally, I was a two-time All American and the first American college player ever recruited to play professionally in the Italian Football League.
My goal is to rejuvenate your staff with enthusiasm and encouragement and provide invaluable tips and techniques that can dramatically increase sales, revenue and morale. I know what it takes to train professionals and successfully land and manage accounts both large and small. From SuperValu and ConAgra to the Ball Corporation and Kraft Foods (which grew from a $150,000 to a $1.2 million account under my watch), I have vast experience working with the big boys as well as the smaller players in my career.
