The foundation for Nancy's work comes from over 25 years in industry, and as an external coach to countless leaders and their teams. Nancy observed fundamental attributes that every leader and all team members must implement to guarantee success. With the pace of change that the world is facing today, it is critical for today's leaders to combine the fundamentals and know what works in today's workplace.

Nancy knows first hand that the lessons that we learn in one arena of our lives can provide powerful metaphors and insights into other areas of our lives. As a competitive dressage rider, Nancy relates her lessons "straight from the horse's mouth" to critical business and life wisdom.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree as well as a Masters of Business Administration. She earned the designation of Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and was a faculty member of a certified coach training school for many years. Nancy is a mediator, specializing in workplace and industry conflicts. She held the designation of Certified Management Accountant.
